I am using 3 amino-triazole as a selection for protein-protein
interaction. Right now I am testing 25mM and 50mM concentrations and have
been making my plates by adding the chemical straight to the media before
autoclaving. Is this the correct way to use it or am I supposed to make
a stock solution and either autoclave separately or filter sterilize and
add to the media after autoclaving. Info would be greatly appreciated.
