Hey all,
I know this isn't 100% yeast related, but I don't know
who else to ask. Does anyone know of an IncP1 incompatability
group expression vector? If so, can you forward me the
reference? I'm working with different pseudomonads which
I already have an IncQ plasmid transformed. I would like to
have this other vector to overexpress one of my protein
subunits. Any help on this matter would be greatly
appreciated.
