regulated secretion in yeast?

Dear yeast-netters:

Does anyone know of an instance where there is reason to
believe that yeast (pombe or cerevisiae) has a regulated
secretory pathway; i.e. release of a presynthesized pool of
proteins in response to a stimulus? As I understand it,
secretion is regulated in yeast at the transcriptional level.
Any instances to the contrary (anecdotal or otherwise) would be
welcome.
