Protein quantification 2

Hello, yeast people!

I asked for a different method to quantify cell protein, not total
amount of protein in a sample. As far as I know people that wants to
quantify a particular cell protein such as a ribosomal protein, they use
Coomassie stained gel. The problem is that this method has some
limitations with acidic proteins since Coomassie dye binds to basic amino
acids. Thanks in advance for other ideas.
