Protoplast-forming enzyme from Helix pomatia manufactured of Boehringer
Mannheim until 1992/-93 .
I am a "master degree"( Hovedfags in Norwegian ) student trying to separate
a basideous yeast chromosomes on PFGE and mapping different genes in the
metabolism of a secondary metabolite .
I know from a paper that this Protoplast-forming enzyme will do it , but I
can´t get it from Boehringer Mannheim .
So I wonder if anyone out there have some of the enzyme which they could
sell or give to me .
Any hint of anyone which have some would be highly welcomed.
