Hello Netters, we want to do a plasmid shuffling experiment but can not use
the URA3/5FOA system for counterselection. Has anyone experience with
counterselection using LYS2/alpha-aminoadipate, CHY2 and cycloheximide
resistance or CAN1 and canavanine resistance. Can you send your message also
