Pombe brethren, The pombe cDNA library for high level constitutive expression in cerevisiae was made in the L.Guarente lab at MIT. I have used it to suppress a cerevisiae mutation and it worked more or less--I got the same wierd thing multiple times. I believe that Lenny distributes the library freely. Steve Kron
