Hi, everyone:
I'd like to see if there are someone having a Saccharomyces
cerevisiae cDNA library in any cloning vector and willing to share with
us. We have trouble determining 5' mRNA end of a yeast gene and thought
to screen some cDNA clones might be an alternative to mRNA mapping.
