to the yeast community-
i am interested in finding a yeast expression vector
in which i can overproduce a fusion protein that
contains GST at the COOH-terminus (currently availabe
vectors are designed to have GST at the N-terminus).
does anyone know of such a vector, or have any
experience with fusions where GST is COOH-terminal
in a prokaryotic expression system?
also, i made a request earlier today for information
