Does anybody know if there is a database of yeast tryptic (or other common
protease) fragments based on the predicted protein sequences from the
yeast genome project? I would like to search this database and see if I
can match the molecular weights of proteolytic fragments from unknown
proteins with the predicted fragments from already sequenced genes and
thus try to quickly identify the genes of my unknown proteins..
