Help! My plates won't gel

Thanks for all the responses.
What I did was to autoclave the agar alone and filter-sterilize 
the rest of the ingredients after pHing them (just to be safe) and
mixed everything together after autoclaving the agar.
It worked great.  I can actually streak things out now.
