Just leave out the aminoacid dropuout media. Keep in mind that there is no
need to add amino acids or other supplements unless your strain is axotrophic.
Many people like to add everything except what they are selecting for. This,
somehow, results in mushy plates. It's best to add only what you need. I often
chose to spread the supplements onto individual plates.
I don't know why, but more than a couple of supplements added before pouring
the plates mucks up the agar.
