We have a non-reverting point mutation (fill in of Bgl2 site) on a plasmid
with URA3 and CYH2 that allow you to select for popouts either on 5-FOA or
cycloheximide plates (if your strain is cyh2). Send me a message if you
want.
Do you have the wild-type ADE2 gene? How about a swap?
