Dear yeastnetters:
I am working on Pyruvate Decarboxylase (PDC) and Alcohol Dehydrogenase (ADH)
from yeast, and I would like to know the physiological concentrations of
PDC and ADH in yeast. But I have difficulty to find out these in the literature.
Any information about these will be greatly appreciated!
