There are several GE methods PDFs available from this website:
http://www4.gelifesciences.com/aptrix/upp01077.nsf/Content/Products?OpenDocument&parentid=28909531&moduleid=7336
They sell printed versions for $20 to cover shipping/printing, but modest clicking will get you to the free PDF. Available titles include "Gel Filtration: Principles and Methods" and "Challenging Protein Purification Handbook". At the Protein Tour event they distributed a CD entitled "Life Sciences Handbook Collection & Animations of Purification Techniques" which contains these PDFs and movies.

I actually learned quite a bit from those booklets. Everything I
needed to know about gel filtration I learned from Pharmacia ;-)
