[Protein-analysis] Determination of Triton X114 concentration

Hi there,

I need help in determining the concentration of the detergent Triton X-114
in water saturated Triton 114. I know that once the detergent is water
saturated, we have to determine the absorbance at 277 nm. After this, I
really don't know how to correlate the value obtained to its concentration.
Any help in this matter is appreciated.
