Hi everyone! I'm currently working on HeLa cells and I want to create
a polysome profile of HeLa extracts. I performed the experiment twice
but I could only get a series of +3044's followed by a series of 0+ 's
in the readings. Can anyone please tell me what's going on? Thanks! I
appreciate all help.
