Hi:
I'm about to clone a gene into a pCMV-HA vector in order to express it in a mammalian cell line. I need to see the effect of that protein in the cell so i don't know if the presence of the tag won't validate my assay because it might be argued that i cannot prove it behaves as the actual native protein.
