[Protein-analysis] Protein denaturation.

Hi there,

I would like to know if we know the amino acid sequence, amino acid 
composition, isoelectric point,  the percentage of alpha helix, random 
coil and extended strand, can we predict melting temperature for that 
protein without using experimental method?  

Can anybody guide me on this lines,
