Just a quick one really.
I know there are a few b5 assays knocking about out there.
The protocol in this lab is for a sodium hyrosulfite base specta assay.
Although there seems to be much debate on which extinction coeff to
use.
Any help here.
Also the other method I seen is using NADP any idea which is the best
method.
