My recombinant protein is of size 19KDa. After PEGylatiing it with 5KDa PEG
(Polyethylene glycol) molecule what could be the position of PEGylated
protein on 8% SDS-PAGE? Notice that PEGylated proteins have different size
on SDS-PAGE from the sum sizes of PEG and Protein. Your response will be
highly appreciated. Thank you.
