[Protein-analysis] Western blot question

Hello people,

I have a rather fundamental question about western blotting that I hope
you guys can answer! How can the antibodies bind the protein after
blotting? The proteins have been denaturated in SDS, thus the secondary
and tertiary structure must have been lost. How then, is it possible
for an antibody to identify the protein, since only the primary
structure remains?
