Hi all
I am working on structure prediction (very new to this field). I have
been supplied with a PDB file ( lacking and bond or connect
information) and its corresponding mtf file. I basically want to be
able to visualise the 3d structure of the protein with all the bonding
information. The downside is that it has to be a windows program.
Can anyone help me with this problem
