Hi, all.. I a new member in this group and in the field of proteomics,
I do really want someone to help me in telling me what is the best
protocol to be followed in order to extract fractions of proteins (cell
membrane, nuclear, and others) from tissue sample. The resulting
protein will be used in 2-DGElectrophoresis. I would appreciate quick
