By the way, have you heard or read about any relationship between time
of growth of induced bacteria and location of expressed protein? Isn't
it like that longer time ater induction promotes formation of inclusion
bodies? I have some papers in which one of the team has induced BL21
E.coli strains only for 30min and they did have protein in
periplasmatic space.
