We are working on towards having a data set of as many phosphorylations as possible.
This data set is made publically available (on request) as an annotated report at the protein level - i.e. listing which proteins that are known to be phosphorylated and which study that reported this.

We like to ask whether anyone have published phosphorylation data sets that they like to see included. The data set will be included at the protein level in the public report and with detailed results to customers of ProteinCenter.
We are combined these phosphorylation data sets in ProteinCenter(tm) and used the application for complex comparison studies of phosphoproteomes derived from experimental data, available databases and literature.
We currently include:
7110 phosphorylations in 2757 proteins
And much more will come soon.
