i am also working on phospholipids......i have used ammonium thiocyanate
method,malachite green method.....but result is not satisfactory.......can u
provide me any protocol to assay phospholipids which can give response to nM
range,i cant spend mililiters of sample... (any method if u make
modification on conventional methods).....for tlc i used solvent system
chloroform:methanol:water.....but rt is nearly 0.98...i want
0.5-0.75.....can u suggest me any solvent system......waiting for ur
