I had posted a long time back the protocol for electroeluting polypeptides from
SDS gels using the same set up as the gel and reverse electrophoresis. If you
searched the IUBIO archives a similar one, you should be able to find it.
BIORAD also sells the electroelution module for their mini gel aparatus. It is
quite good.
