I am trying to express a cry protein in E.coli.
the strain I am using is BL21(DE3) containing pET vector. i am seeing very very low expression.
i also treid to express changing the medium from LB to TB but still i am not seeing any improvements in the expresssion level. but the GST protein in the control is showing increased level of expression. if anybody has worked on this protein please guide me. thanks in advance,
