I try to espress a 18KD protein (from calycins family) in pET-22b
vector with BL21(DE3) strain, in order to obtain the protein of
interest in the periplasmic space (for disulfide bonds formation).
After several esperiments, I obtain my protein only in inclusion
bodies.
I tried different temperatures, with or without induction with IPTG at
different concentrations, short or long time culture.
What can I do now?
