Hi to all,
we are trying to detect FLAG - tagged (DYKDDDDK)proteins, which were
expressed in Xenopus oocytes by injecting them with cRNA for this proteins.
Detecting with SIGMA's Anti-Flag M2 Antibody, we receive a additional,
unspecific band at about 40 kDa in size.
Has anyone a hint, if this is a known problem in Xenopus?
