protein folding on Ni-column

Wow, this might be my chance! Yes, there is a reference I happen to 
remember:

Actually we did it the way DK suggested, by a gradient from 6M to 0M 
urea at RT. It was easy for the first protein and gave very good 
results, protein #2 didn't like it, but this one was more hydrophobic...

There is also an application manual from Amersham (should belong to 
their ÄKTA series), which has a procedure about this.
