Hi Dimitris,
you could use a small trough (selfmade, from plastic or so) in which you
place you cassette, say 22x2 cm, about 2 cm deep. Lean it against
something so that it'll stand upright. Then just pour a plug-gel with
high percentage in this through - this'll seal the bottom nicely.
We use this for hinged cassettes when we only need one gel.
