induce expression or do you just need to reply to everything?
I am curious about how well phage induction of vectors like the pet series
works for expression of poorly tolerated constructs. It is not often used
anymore. I have indeed tried google and pubmed (which was a truly inspired
suggestion), but keywords like phage and induction pull up too many hits to
zero in on anything approaching a useful protocol.
Are there particular papers amongst the umpteen you allude to that could be
useful?
