I am interested in using detergent cloud-point phase-separation to
select for membrane proteins in a mixture of semi-purified proteins. I
want to remove soluble cleavage products from full-length membrane
proteins. Does anyone have a reliable method they could share? Ideally
I'd like to work in the cold and with some salt.
