Hi everyone, I've been trying to prove the presence of a ~11KDa protein in
transgenic N.b. plants (35S promoter driven). The positive control (E. coli
expressed) worked fine but I couldn't detect anything from plant leaf
tissue:( Does anyone here have related experience? Or any good protein
extraction method to recommend? Thanks a lot!
