Dear colleagues,
I've practically no experience in protein work but need to identify
interacting partners of my target protein. Kinda know Yeast-2-Hybrid is the
classic, but also read about the bacterial system like BacterioMatch from
Stratagene. Wondering if anyone have used that or similar system and know how
they perform? I'd appreciate any comment on this issue. It's always good to
hear from the users. THANKS!
