Hi there!
I am looking for a absolutely toxical Endonuclease for E. coli. The
endonuclease should kill E. coli when expressed. Does anybody have such
an enzyme (i know that cloning of such stuff ist not too easy :).
Maybe someone has Sau3A or DpnI or MboI that cut or not cut DNA -
dependent on the presence of dam-Methyltransferase. Or even
dcm-Methyltransferase dependend Restriction Enzymes....
I would need the sequence to try and express the Enzyme in my selection
system... no commercial intersts!!!
