Could anyone provide me a method to elute a protein from PVDF membrane? Will it work if i use the acetonitrile? I've heard someone would use acid (like formic acid or TFA) at the same time. What is the main purpose that use the acid? Any idea warmly received. Best regards, ShuanYi
