Have you ever tried to use the UnBlot kit provided by Pierce? I want to know
if this kit works for in-gel hybridizations also by using not biotinilated
primary antibodies. And also I need to know which is (in general) the
advantage in using HRP-streptavidin/biotin instead of a normal HRP-secondary
antibody (like anti rabbit-HRP).
