one loading method is cup-loading, the other one is reswelling laoding. when I test on bacterial cell extract, the cup-loading method turn out better. but for CHO cell extract, cup-loading leaves some mess on the gel. how about yours? have you ever tried paper-bridge laoding? how's that? thanks. ^_^
