I've to perform a pre-alkylation step on a total cell lysate for 2d gel analysis, so i'm searching for a good protocol. I mainly need to know the concentration of iodoacetamide (or acrilamide instead) and the duration of the treatment (but of course I accept any other suggestions). Thx :) Ulisse
