best fusion tag for protein purification?

Hello

I am looking for the best (on average) affinity tag for efficient purification of recombinant proteins expressed in E. coli. Am using one of the pET series of expression vectors if that helps.

Also, does anyone know a superior bacterial strain for minimizing loss of recombinant protein to inclusion bodies?
