I generally don't dry to dryness - I leave at RT until I can't smell 
acetone anymore, then about another 10-15mins. It makes it easier to 
resuspend. Also, concentration with acetone precips can be problematic to 
resuspend at the best of times. Have you considered low mW cut-off spin 
filters as a concentration option?
