Transfection of proteins

I bought the Chariot reagent, but did not try it yet. As an alternative I am
aware of, you could check Pierce's (no affiliation) Pro-Ject. Unlike Chariot
that is a peptide reagent, Pro-Ject is a liposome-based system (did not try
yet, too :-)).
