You may want to consider the LICOR Odyssey 2-Color Near InfarRed Imaging System
which allows you to simultaneously probe, image and quantify your tProtein and
PhosphoProtein on the same membrane. You can even auto calc competitive KD's
between them or figure out %phosphorylation.
