aggregation in dialysis

Sometimes it helps to use ~50mM phosphate buffer. I remember we discussed
this issue in this group a couple of years ago. You might want to access the
archive of the group e.g. through Google.

I agree with the suggestion to use detergents. Try several of them,
including charged and nonpolar. You might also try other detergent-like
compounds, like deoxycholate, betaine, etc.
