Help needed I want to replace beta-mercaptoethanol with cysteine as antioxidant in my buffers. Have you got any experience? Any thing to be take into consideration? What concentrations of cysteine do one need to replace 1 mM and 10 mM beta-mercaptoethanol? Cheers Thomas =:-)
