I wonder whether anybody is aware of inclusion body formation in a
eukaryotic expression systems such as Pichia, Saccharomyces or
Baculo/Sf9 cells.
What I am interested in is high-level protein expression in an
aggregated, non-functional state, since we deal with protein
refolding.
Does it occur at all, can it be influenced by strong/weak promotors,
growth temperature etc.?
