Hi
I am planning a photo affinity labelling experiment with a lab
synthesized inhibitor. However in literature there is rare information
about the details how to irradiate the samples. Usually only mentioned
is "100 W Hg-lamp; 5 cm; 1 min". However not mentioned is whether how
the lamp is equipped (collimator ...). Does anyone know where I have to
look or how to to?
